18 Months Old!

Blaine Butler is 18 months old today! 18 months! Crazy! He has brought so much joy to our little family. He is definitely our social little boy and definitely our dramatic one as well. He loves food, any type of food, in fact I can't think of much he doesn't eat. We call him our garbage disposal. If Bryce still has food on his plate after he says he is done, we give it to Blaine and he finishes it off. He has the most contagious laugh, the cutest little smile, loves his night-night, is super ticklish, only gives kisses out once and awhile but loves to give hugs, loves to read books, puts himself to bed, is nick named Godzilla, and wants to be just like his big brother. He is talking so much and some of his frequent words include: papa, momma, dadda, Bry, luna, choo choo, juice, night night, eat, Lyla, book, and tractor. We love our little Blainer boy and not sure what we did without him.

First Snow!

Well today started out a little interesting. Shane ended up in the ditch on the way to his basketball game and I was unable to take my homemade craft items to a local show because of all the snow and wind. We were snowed in for the day. I decided to put all my fall decorations away and get ready to decorate for Christmas and the boys had so much fun playing together and destroying Bryce's room. They were super excited about the first snow of the season too. Blaine looked out the window this morning and said, "wow." All Bryce wanted to do was make a snowman. After their nap, when Shane finally made it home after his game was cancelled, we all bundled up and went outside to play. Blaine was good for awhile until he kept falling over and then had trouble getting back up. He was ready to go inside after a few falls. Bryce and daddy stayed outside and made two little snowmen and carried in a bunch of firewood from the shed. What a fun afternoon!

Fun With a New Train...

Papa bought a new toy at a local auction a few weeks ago. It was a John Deere train complete with a trailer that held two tractors. The boys loved it, of course. Bryce even "helped" papa put it all together. It was super cute. I love the reactions on their cute little faces.

Happy Halloween!

Our boys had such a fun Halloween this year. We decided to paint our pumpkins this year instead of carving them, so much easier and not as messy. We spent the rainy day painting and working on projects around the house. We headed out to trick or treat at 3:30. We stopped to see Mamaw and Papa, Grandpa Carl and Grandma D, Grandpa Bill and Grammie Gale, Grandma Bev, Aunt Diane, Grandma Jane and Grandpa Ed, and ended our trip at Nannie's house for tacos with Brett, Jo, Hayden, and Izzy. The boys were so good and mommy and daddy have already been enjoying their candy.

Our cute little farmer and cow. He was trying to get that cow under control!

                            He kept saying, "Boo, boo!"
Bryce wanted mommy to dress up like a farmer too!

Mamaw gives out fruit instead of candy and Blaine loves bananas! He filled his whole bucket with bananas, it was pretty funny!

                        Our little farm family!
The cousins didn't get to see each other last night, so we brought our costumes to church this morning so we could get pictures all together.
                              What a cute bunch!

                        Now with mamaw and papa
