Christmas Lights

A few weeks ago we invited Nannie to go with us to see the Christmas lights in Galva and Kewanee. Then, the day after Christmas we invited her to go with us again to the Festival of Lights in East Peoria. I think we started a new tradition when we went last year because when we talked about going again this year the boys insisted that Nannie go along with us again.

The bridge in Kewanee was so cool to walk under.

Christmas with the Erickson's

We had another Christmas celebration on Christmas night at Grandma D and Grandpa Carl's house. We had lots of yummy food and more presents of course!

Shane had Adam's name for the gift exchange and he made him two different signs for him. He took a video of him opening his first sign.

Christmas Morning

We had such a fun Christmas this year! The boys are at such a fun age. Bryce really got into leaving cookies and carrots out this year. He counted out 9 carrots for each of the reindeer. He thought it was pretty funny that Santa ate 4 cookies and that the carrots were gone! We enjoyed a nice day at home with a yummy roast for lunch!

These pictures crack me up. Pretty typical: Bryce is picking his nose and Blaine is trying to knock someone with a pillow!

This one cracks me up too! Look at Bryce's face and Ali's snotty nose!
                               He was saying, "Merry Christmas!"

Christmas Eve Eve

We had our annual Christmas Eve Eve celebration at mamaw and papa's house last night with yummy lasagna and lots of presents!

He was so excited for his rocketship! He said, "This is what I really like!"

11 Months

Ali Kay was 11 months old on the 20th. She is standing on her own and she actually took a few steps on her own last night. She is the most bendy and flexible little thing and she loves to roll around and wrestle on the floor with her brothers and daddy. She is becoming her own little person and quite dramatic when you take things away from her! She picks up everything she can find and puts it in her mouth. Even the tiniest little things and of course things she is not suppose to. I cannot believe that she will be one next month! I guess it's time to start planning her birthday party. I can't believe our little baby will be 1!
