Bryce's 1st Birthday!

On Bryce's first birthday (August 11th) we had a family birthday party at our new house. We are not moved in yet, but we decided to have it there so everyone could see our progress on the house. Thank goodness it was a good day, because we were able to have it in the garage and outside. Bryce had so much fun and really enjoyed his cake!

We decided to do our own photo shoot with Bryce for his one year photos. He is getting so big! He is walking, running, climbing, has seven teeth, and eats everything we eat! He would rather drink from a regular cup than a sippy cup, but is still drinking from a bottle. (We are working on it) Enjoy his photos!

Built-in Update

One of the biggest transformations in our house was redoing the built-ins in the living room. Instead of sanding the whole thing, we decided to use bonding primer. We used two coats of that, and then painted two coats of the wall color. We painted the bricks, tore up the old red tile, replaced it with new tile, added trim, and spray painted the vents. I think the before and after is amazing!

Bryce and Cooper

Cooper is another boy at mom's daycare who is one month younger than Bryce. They are best buddies! They get so excited to see eachother in the morning, it's super cute!
