Giggling Videos

We took a few videos of Bryce during the Holidays. Apparently Daddy and Uncle Brett are pretty funny!

Christmas Craziness Almost Done

Christmas #4 was on Christmas night with the Erickson family at Grandma D and Grandpa Carl's house. We started with the annual reading of the Christmas story, followed by opening presents, and ended the night with a Swedish dinner.

Christmas #5 was the day after Christmas with Brett, Jo, Hayden, Izzy, Sam, Amanda, Brodie, Chloee, Sawyer, Grandpa Bill, and Grammie Gale. We had a fun, crazy night! We even got out some old home videos!

Christmas Craziness Continued

Christmas #3 was on Christmas Eve with the whole Tucker family at Bill and Gale's. Bryce did not do so well at this Christmas get together. I'm pretty sure he cried and fussed the whole time except the 20 minutes he fell asleep when Aunt Diane was holding him. It was pretty stressful for mom and dad! So to say the least, we left early and I only got two pictures from the whole time we were there.

Christmas morning started at 5:30 am when Bryce woke up with the rest of the excited children around the country! If you notice in the pictures, it is still dark out! He is definitely a morning person, and was so excited to open all his presents! (Who are we kidding, he didn't even know it was Christmas)

It's like "Where's Waldo"

Never mind about the presents, I'll just eat this bow

He looks so big here

Merry Christmas!

They both fell asleep after all the Christmas excitement!

Grandma and Papa came to visit. Oooh more wrapping paper to eat!

Christmas Craziness!

Bryce and I started our Christmas break by going to my Kindergarten Christmas party on the 19th. The kids loved seeing Bryce and I think Bryce had fun watching them as well. I got asked the same question about six times, "Are you ready to come back to work?" To which I replied, "Actually, yes." It is kind of bittersweet to me. It has been so fun staying home with Bryce, and I am so grateful that I was able to do it for almost five months. But, on the other hand, I miss my students and everyone I work with. I love my job, and I am ready to get back to a normal routine. But, January 3rd will still be a hard day for sure. So we stopped at Henry and made our way home to Oneida just in time to beat the blizzard on the 20th. We stayed inside and watched the slow traffic creep by on 34. We had our first Christmas with Mom, Dad, Jenn, Joel, and Jayla on the 21st.

I love this one!

So festive! Nothing beats a real wood burning fireplace.

Since we were going to be home for awhile over the Holidays, we stayed out at my grandparents lake house at Oak Run, so we could have our own place to relax and hang out as a little family. Before we got there, they decorated the house for us, it was so very festive! We loved waking up every morning to a gorgeous view of the lake!

Christmas #2 was with Brett, Jo, Hayden, Izzy, and Nannie Myrl. Hayden and Izzy were so excited to open presents, they were ready as soon as they walked in the door. Bryce was having so much fun, he did not take a nap all afternoon. I guess he didn't want to miss out on anything!

Merry Christmas from the Tuckers!

We decided to take our first Christmas card photo as a family of three in front of our Christmas tree at our house. They turned out so cute! Bryce looks so handsome in his little red sweater from Nannie. For our family photo, we used the timer on our new camera for the first time, so it was hard to get Bryce to smile when no one was behind the camera. At least he is looking in the right direction!

Oh man, have you seen this?

Oh hey there!

What's up there?

Love that face!
