Easter

We had a busy Easter Sunday this year. We started the morning by opening our Easter baskets, hunting for eggs at home, eating breakfast at church, going to Aunt Diane's for lunch and an egg hunt before it rained, going to Aunt Jean Ann and Uncle Keith's house for an inside egg hunt, and then heading home to have dinner with Nannie. The only naps the boys got were in the car, so there were only a few meltdowns, all by Blaine.

Blaine is really into Madagascar right now. So the boys got Madagascar 2 and Madagascar 3. He was pretty excited!

And then we tried to take a cute family picture after church and this is what happened!

And then we tried to get mamaw and papa with all the grandkids after church and this happened. Why is it always Blaine Butler?

Jake's 3rd Birthday

We celebrated cousin Jake's birthday on his actual birthday this year since it was on Saturday. We started the day by going to the John Deere Pavilion in Moline to climb on all the tractors and equipment. We then stopped at Pizza Hut in Orion on the way home where we enjoyed lunch and cupcakes with the birthday boy!

They had baby ducks there that had just hatched and some that were a few weeks old. Bryce kept saying, "Hi ducks!"

New Pigs

A few weeks ago Dane and Hannah got their first pigs of the show season and we just had to make a trip over to mamaw and papa's house to see them. The boys were pretty excited! Of course we had to see JR (the donkey) and Luna (the dog) too.

Both boys just love Luna and someday we are going to get our own dog. Bryce already informed us that he wants one just like her.
