Random Pictures from my phone

 Here's a random collection of pictures that I had in my phone from the past couple of weeks! 

They were pretending to play a football game and Bryce went to the garage to get a flag and put it under the TV. Then they all stood there just like like and had Alexa play the National Anthem. It was seriously the sweetest thing ever and they came up with that all on their own. 

We celebrated my birthday this year by all going to get flu shots after school. It was a super traumatic experience where all 3 kids ended up crying or screaming at some point. We did go out to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings afterwards so at least that part was fun! 

Ali and I had a quick lunch date and shopping trip before all the restaurants were shut down again to indoor seating. We sure do love Taco Bell and Target! 

We went to the lake house in early November to mow one last time but the leaves were so thick that we decided to just spend some time on the dock and enjoy the beautiful fall weather. We love being at the lake house and the gorgeous view! 

Oh this girl loves her ice cream! I had to snap a quick picture of her in her element! 

Halloween

 We had a fun Halloween this year and it was nice that it was on a Saturday. We could make a day of it instead of rushing around after school for a few hours. Ali and Blaine were set on being the Kratt Brothers from a show on PBS called "Wild Kratts." I made their vest and all their creature power discs and then they both changed their minds. Ali decided to be a cow and thank goodness I kept the costume when Blaine was a cow a few years ago. Blaine decided to be a tasmanian devil (the animal, not the cartoon character). Nobody knew what he was suppose to be but he didn't care! Bryce wanted to be a football player again but this time a Bears player! They didn't have parties or a parade at school but they got to wear their costumes all day on Friday and they both said they were still able to do some fun Halloween activities throughout the day. We started trick or treating about 3:30 and didn't make it back home till about 9:30. We had a great day and the kids were so excited about the amount of candy that they received!

First Day of School 2020

 The boys were so excited to start school this year. Although, they loved being home, they were ready to see their friends and begin a new year! Blaine is now in First Grade and his teacher is Mrs. Strom. Bryce is in Third Grade and his teacher is Miss Johnson. Shane started his 3rd year at West Central and I started my 4th year at Williamsfield. We had so much fun being home all together for 5 months, and we made some really great memories and became so much closer as a family. But, with that said, it has been good to get back to a routine and see the boys so excited about school. Here's hoping it lasts! 

Oak Run Fun

We've spent a few days at Oak Run this year. We spent two nights there in the middle of June and 3 nights there right before school started. 

 

The boys have really wanted to go golfing with daddy ever since Bryce got his own clubs for his birthday. We played a few holes and had so much fun! 

Summer Fun

Since we've had our front patio, we've had the most fun in our big front yard! We've even had a few suppers out there! 

Old Picture and Videos from my phone

 After 8 years, I finally broke down and got a new phone. This was the very first picture on my old phone. It was taken shortly after we got married when we went on a bar crawl in Chicago. The second photo is all 3 kids right after they were born. Can you tell who is who? I also have a bunch of old videos but I can't figure out how to get them on here. So, I will keep trying!
