Livestock Shows

 The boys spend another summer working their way through a variety of show rings. We started the season early with a memorial show on May 25th in Cambridge. They then showed at The ROWVA Show in Knoxville where Ali got to show in the Pee Wee Show. We then had the County Show and 4-H Show as well as Stark County. They weren't able to show at State Fair this year due to all of their pigs getting a sickness called Dippity Pig. The boys were pretty bummed about that but we still spent the day there on August 10th walking around with the Binkley family. 

Bryce's 12th Birthday

 We celebrated Bryce's birthday early again this year due to livestock shows and our big trip to Door County. We had another front yard baseball game on July 21st. We added our speaker and walk-up songs this year which was pretty fun! We sure love our rule-following, baseball loving, farm boy. We can't believe our first born is 12 years old! We celebrated him by going to the State Fair, tubing at Oak Run with Uncle Brett, and he even got to have a few of his baseball buddies over for an afternoon of baseball! 

First Day of School

 This year Ali Kay started 2nd Grade with Mrs. Arch as her teacher. Blaine is in 5th Grade with Mrs. Perez as his main teacher and Mrs. Brown for science. Bryce begins his first year of Junior High with a whole bunch of new teachers. Shane is starting his 3rd year at ROWVA and I'm starting my 8th year at Billtown. Bryce also started his first year in middle school baseball where he participated in Meet the Cougars night on August 16th. Here's to a great year!
