First Day of School 2020

 The boys were so excited to start school this year. Although, they loved being home, they were ready to see their friends and begin a new year! Blaine is now in First Grade and his teacher is Mrs. Strom. Bryce is in Third Grade and his teacher is Miss Johnson. Shane started his 3rd year at West Central and I started my 4th year at Williamsfield. We had so much fun being home all together for 5 months, and we made some really great memories and became so much closer as a family. But, with that said, it has been good to get back to a routine and see the boys so excited about school. Here's hoping it lasts! 

Oak Run Fun

We've spent a few days at Oak Run this year. We spent two nights there in the middle of June and 3 nights there right before school started. 

 

The boys have really wanted to go golfing with daddy ever since Bryce got his own clubs for his birthday. We played a few holes and had so much fun! 

Summer Fun

Since we've had our front patio, we've had the most fun in our big front yard! We've even had a few suppers out there!

 After 8 years, I finally broke down and got a new phone. This was the very first picture on my old phone. It was taken shortly after we got married when we went on a bar crawl in Chicago. The second photo is all 3 kids right after they were born. Can you tell who is who? I also have a bunch of old videos but I can't figure out how to get them on here. So, I will keep trying! 

Bryce's Birthday Party

 We celebrated Bryce's birthday on Sunday, August 8th at 3:00 at our house with a big family party. Bryce was such a big help with decorating and setting up the garage. He chose where to put everything and helped to hang everything up. It was pretty hot out but we still had a great time! Shane made Bryce a fancy race car ramp to use with all his nascar racers! The kids had a great time with it! I can't believe the boy who made me a mommy is now 8 years old! 

Bryce's Birthday

 I cannot believe that Bryce turned 8 on Tuesday! Where does the time go? He is such a sweet little guy with such a big heart! He is our rule-follower, avid reader, neatest writer, lego-builder, and such a responsible little guy. He loves his siblings something fierce and is such a great help around the house and farm. He can't wait to join 4-H and finally show pigs next summer with Dane. We typically go to the State Fair every year for this birthday but this year we spent the day at Tanner's Orchard with Jake and Jayla. We then had a weiner roast for this birthday supper and Jake and Jayla spent the night! The boys and mommy spent the night in the camper while the girls slept in Ali's room. Happy birthday to our Brycer boy!
