At the end of October we traveled to Hattie's birthday party at Pumpkin Creek Farms. It was a super cute pumpkin patch with a lot of fun activities for the kids to do. We took only a few pictures and actually none with the birthday girl but the kids sure had a good time!
Shane made a huge barn quilt for dad's shed about 2 years ago. We've been storing it in our garage and finally found a day to get it hung up. It was quite the process but it looks so good!
Back in September, Shane had to help out with coaching golf due to a few of the coaches being on quarantine. One night, he drove one of the school buses home so he could take it to the meet the next day. He sure surprised us when he pulled into the driveway! It was hilarious and of course we had to go for a ride. They thought it was so fun and played in there for quite a while!

We had a fun Halloween this year and it was nice that it was on a Saturday. We could make a day of it instead of rushing around after school for a few hours. Ali and Blaine were set on being the Kratt Brothers from a show on PBS called "Wild Kratts." I made their vest and all their creature power discs and then they both changed their minds. Ali decided to be a cow and thank goodness I kept the costume when Blaine was a cow a few years ago. Blaine decided to be a tasmanian devil (the animal, not the cartoon character). Nobody knew what he was suppose to be but he didn't care! Bryce wanted to be a football player again but this time a Bears player! They didn't have parties or a parade at school but they got to wear their costumes all day on Friday and they both said they were still able to do some fun Halloween activities throughout the day. We started trick or treating about 3:30 and didn't make it back home till about 9:30. We had a great day and the kids were so excited about the amount of candy that they received!
