Our Vacation to Oak Run

This past week we had a "vacation" at Grandpa Carl and Grandma D's lake house at Oak Run. We got there Sunday evening and left Wednesday after supper. Mom, Dad, Jenn, Joel, Jake, and Jayla joined us on Monday. We had such a good time being together and enjoying the lake. We played at the beach, enjoyed the pool, went on several boat rides, played on the hammock, rode the Johnson's golf cart around, played at the playground, and the kids even got to do some tubing. Joel and Shane even did some water skiing on Monday night. It was fun to get away for a few days even if it was only 20 minutes away! We are so lucky to have this house and lake to enjoy so close to home!
