Coach of the Year

A few weeks ago the kids spent the night at Grandpa Bill and Grammie Gale's house so Shane and I could travel to Bloomington to Redbird Arena where Shane received the IBCA Coach of the Year for District 11. It was a great night and I felt so honored to accompany him on this special night.

The husband of the couple that took our picture went to school at Wethersfield so they had to get a picture together. 

 The boys had so much fun fishing at their pond and I loved getting these pictures from Grammie Gale 

These Crazy Kids

These kiddos definitely keep us entertained. We never know what they are going to say or do!

 Bryce was looking like he was ready for a pig show so we had to take his picture and Blaine was doing thumbs down about a flat tire on papa's tractor.

School Carnival

Last Saturday we enjoyed a few hours at Bryce's school for a student led carnival. The kids had so much fun!

Bryce's Kindergarten Play

This past Thursday Bryce performed in his Kindergarten play on stage in the cafetorium. It was a barnyard themed play called, "Barnyard Hullabaloo." Each kid was an animal and Bryce was an owl. He had a line that he had to memorize and he practiced for several weeks to get ready. It was seriously so cute and he made me so proud!

 

Preschool for Blaine

Blaine got to attend the High School Preschool class that ROWVA puts on each year. Luckily, Quinn went this year as well and Blaine was able to ride along with her and her mommy. He had a great time, even if the pictures from his program this morning show a different story. See below

                                                                  Superhero Day!

 The day of the program and he refuses to do ANYTHING! Our little musical boy who sings all his songs at home, didn't sing one single word. He didn't even dance or go up to get his hat and certificate when they called his name. The stubborn gene runs strong in this one!

 

              He is doing a great job at ignoring everything and everyone around him!

 We had to get another picture of these two together. Quinn finally got a smile out of him!

15 Months

Ali Kay was 15 months old on the 20th of April. Oh this girl! She sure is something! She gets into things that the two boys never got into to. She has this ornery little smile and is always up to something. She has two bottom teeth and one tooth on top. She loves her big brothers, loves to tease daddy, and is a momma's girl. She absolutely loves to be outside and she can usually be found wandering the barnyard, covering herself in dirt, or going down the slide all by herself! She has become quite the talker and really understands what you tell her. If you ask her if she wants a snack she will go right to the kitchen and open the snack cabinet. If you ask her if she wants to go outside, she will run to the door and say "shoes." She also loves to read books and will sit for long periods of time just flipping the pages. I'm sure glad God blessed us with this little cutie!
