We got home just in time on Sunday to make the frosting for the 60 cupcakes I made before we left and make a batch of chocolate chip cookies for the party. We then headed to mamaw and papa's house to go through pictures for the posters and help them finish setting up for the party. It was such a great time and we were able to be outside in the shade of their backyard.
We got invited to Vivers 3rd birthday party at her house this past Saturday so we decided to make a weekend out of it and go camping at Double J again just like we did this past October. We got there Friday evening, got all set up, and had yummy Monical's Pizza. On Saturday we hung around the campground playing putt putt golf, enjoying the playground, competing in the game room, and swimming in the pool. Around 2 we headed out to Binkley house and stayed there until 7:30! They hired a balloon man that was seriously amazing! Each kid got to choose about 4 or 5 different things for him to create. They got snakes, squids, a tractor, donkey, cat, pig, penguin, armadillo, alligator, and a football. We had such a great time hanging out in their backyard and enjoying their back patio. After the party we headed back to the campground went on the nature walk and enjoyed the playground a little bit more before heading to bed. We left the campground shortly after 9 to beat the rain on the way home. The first of hopefully several camping trips this summer!
I'm trying to go through my pictures and I have a random group from the end of the December to the beginning of May. It is anything from Mamaw's birthday to the school carnival.
