Bryce had his DARE Graduation and 6th Grade Recognition on May 2nd. We are so very proud of him and all that he has accomplished during his time in elementary school. I cannot believe he will be going to Junior High next year. He has grown up to be quite the young man. He is still an old soul. He is so responsible and such a hard worker. He absolutely hates to be late and would rather be 15 minutes early than even 30 seconds late. He received the President's Education Award for maintaining straight A's in 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade and having high state test scores in all of those grades as well. He was one of 6 students out of 40 who earned this award. He was also part of a skit to demonstrate what they learned during the DARE program. It was such a nice evening and it was pretty special to see him up there with his dad! They ended the night with a slideshow of the year and also included their Kindergarten picture next to their 6th Grade picture. I was definitely not emotionally prepared for that!
